Your recipes are vegan – Are you 100% Vegan?
No.
I eat about 90 percent vegan at the moment.
I feel healthiest when I eat a primarily plant-based diet that consists of mainly whole,
unprocessed foods.  I  am studying at
Integrative Nutrition,  and have learned the following guidelines are keys to better health, no matter what the ailment is.

LESS: meat, milk, sugar, chemicalized artificial junk food,
coffee, cigarettes and alcohol.


MORE: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, appropriate protein
(whatever makes you feel best), water, exercise, rest and love.

Are you a medical specialist?
No. I am a Registered nurse, who has an interest in nutrition and wellbeing, in particular vegan and vegetarian diets. I have a husband who is gluten free, and a child with food allergies, so I do a lot of research.
